Goosefoot Acres, Inc.

Goosefoot Acres, Inc. began in 1987 by Dr. Peter Gail. Dr. Gail has a Ph.D. in botany from Rutgers University and was a professor at Cleveland State University for 16 years. He left the university to follow his dreams of helping others learn the uses of plants for food and medicine. He came across DandyBlend in 1989 and became a distributor. Not long after, Dr. Gail became the sole distributor of this wonderful coffee substitute.

Goosefoot Acres, Inc. is located in Cleveland, Ohio. Aside from DandyBlend, Goosefoot Acres, Inc. sells books focusing on edible wild plants, the Amish, and the Northeastern Ohio area. Dr. Gail also does lectures throughout the country about edible wild plants.
